This tool is on the Overture.Com web site. Its purpose is to give you an idea of what search terms to bid on. Overture is a pay-per-click search engine service. I use the tool to help me identify what are the best search words to use on my web site. The tool tells you how many times the search word you are inquiring on was used in the past month. It also gives you alternate versions of the same search word, and how many times those were searched on.
